Everything You Need To Know To Before Enrolling With The Maxwell Certification

How long does it take to get certified?

Certification has two simple steps. First, complete the online coach or speaker training (about 10 hours of video lessons and quizzes). Second, you must attend one IMC (International Maxwell Conference to complete your certification. Most people complete the online portion in 2-4 weeks. Once you enroll, you can start positioning yourself as a Maxwell Speaker & Coach. After IMC, you can say that you're Maxwell certified.

Are there any hidden fees or renewal costs?

No annual renewal fees. Your certification is a one-time investment.

Do I need prior coaching experience?

No experience required. Our training starts from the basics and builds your expertise step-by-step using proven Maxwell methodologies.

Will the Maxwell certification give me leads and speaking engagements?

We provide all the marketing tools and business strategies you need to attract clients and land speaking engagements. Plus, we build your speaker profile on our eSpeakers platform where event organizers can find and hire you directly. We do not provide leads.

What if I can't attend the conference right away?

You can complete your online training first and attend any future conference when it works for your schedule. Conferences happen twice yearly in March and August. We also have a virtual conference option too.

Is there ongoing support after certification?

Yes. You get lifetime access to weekly business development calls, exclusive member resources, and our private community for ongoing support and networking.

How fast can I get results?

Results vary based on your individual journey and commitment level. We've seen people land their first paying clients within 30 days of certification, while others follow our proven 90-day success roadmap. Your timeline depends on factors like your current network, time invested in implementation, and how quickly you apply the strategies we teach. What matters most is that you have a proven system to follow rather than guessing your way to success.

Is this certification ICF accredited?
